Effective onboarding of Gen Z at NGO's

Many managers are hesitating to hire or to lead employees from the Gen Z cohort. We want to research how to make effective collaboration between the two

The project is based on researches that Gen Z will constiute 30% from the workforce in the world till 2030. In Europe there are very little research about the topic of effective onboarding, leading and managing Generation Z.
Also the project aims to produce tangible results as a training program for managers and gen z employees for effective collaboration and setting on path to achieve organisation's goals.

The project is envisaged to focus on South Europe populaiton and to compare with some findings that were done in Northern conutries.

We are looking for potential applicant partner and partners countries who have experience in research, has access to target group (managers of ngos or business or public institutions) or target groups (young people born between 1995 and 2010).
