EDUHARMONY - LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED APPLICANT FOR KA220SCH

EDUHARMONY- KA220SCH/250K we need coordinators, Spain, Türkiye, Serbia, Denmark, Netherlands already partners.

The project aims to develop stakeholders in school education mentally, emotionally and physically within the framework of the concept of wellbeing. The proposal prepared in the KA220SCH type includes 4 intellectual outputs. The concept of "well-being", which refers to physical, psychological, cognitive, social and economic well-being in children, is a whole that includes children's personal perceptions, relationships and cultural values in different areas of life. Our schools should be institutions where good experiences are supported and where not only academic success but also the emotional needs of students are prioritized. Our teachers should be role models to protect and support students' mental health. We want to improve well-being in schools so that teachers are equipped to provide guidance in this area and students' mental health is supported with diversified practices. Improving physical, mental and emotional health and achieving balance are key to a quality life. We want our teachers and students to understand well-being strategies, learn to cope with stress and learn ways to cope with negative experiences under academic anxiety and social pressures. It is important to include well-being-oriented approaches in school education. Understanding and developing the concept of well-being is an important step towards being part of the social change that will support European Citizenship for happier lives.
