ECOINCLUSIVE BOOTCAMPS

AIM
The project aims at providing young NEET women (16 - 20 y.o.) with competences and skills on eco-inclusive entrepreneurship in order to increase their employability and to make them aware of the role they can play in the process of change toward a more sustainable society.

IDEAL PARTNERSHIP
NGO / Training organization (non- formal education). Expertise in KA2 (no newcomers). Experience in projects with NEETs or women and/or green competences.

1) A first phase of field research in the specific geographic areas that will be involved in the project will integrate the desk research that partners have already carried out. Moreover, it will be taken into consideration for the development of teaching materials and bootcamps.

2) Partners will be involved in the co-design of didactical materials that can be used with NEETs and in particular with young women (16 - 20 years old) by youth workers and educational experts. The didactical materials will consists in detailed activities’ cards, that will contain, among the other things, a description of the methodologies that will be used, learning objectives, Bloom’s taxonomy level, practical activity description, expected outcomes, assessment techniques and tips on how to adapt the activity to specific learning contexts. Additional tools useful to implement the activities will be developed as well.

3) In all partner countries 1-week (5 days) boot camps will be organized, in order to involve first hand the target groups and to test the materials that were created. The bootcamps will be organized in order to provide participants with entrepreneurial skills and competences, applied to the field of eco-inclusive entrepreneurship.

4) Within the "Awareness Raising Campaign" two events in each partner country will be organized to sensitize the community and engage stakeholders, including youth workers, representatives of local and national institutions, members of youth and young women organizations, citizens, parents, and families.
