E-Train Leaderself

Leadership concept is discussed consistently and is searched scientifically. Despite all these interests and researches, the institutions and organizations all over the world have been complaining about being deprived of sufficient leadership.

The purpose of this project is to create a common leadership e-modules around Europe in several languages for everyone and by the help of it, we aim to save money, time and energy.

The rationale of the project can be compiled as follows;

- Most of the programmes are paid, which are really expensive.
- There is no leadership trainings in small cities. Therefore, it is not possible for everyone who would like to develop their leadership capacity to afford these trainings.
- For those who can afford, it may not be possible to allow time and energy to go to a big city and get training for days.
- There are some online trainings; however, they are rather expensive for majority of people.
- Some leaders at NGOs are good leaders, but they have insufficient information theoretically. As they are already called as a leader, they abstain from attending a leadership training even if they have time and money.
- Besides these financial and spatial difficulties, there is not a common understanding of leadership trainings around Europe. When it is compared with other partner countries, the trainings have different perspective and there is not a common programme pursued.
