E+ KA152 - Wellbeing - Art and Improv
YVB is a youth association in Valencia, Spain, works to promote wellbeing and mental health for young people between 18-30 years old through art/theatre.
We are working on a KA152 to be submitted this deadline, a youth exchange 18-30 years old.
The YE topic: to ignite mental health awareness and personal growth among young people through artistic expression and therapeutic activities through non-formal education to support them with their mental health and work journey.
The youth exchange topic: it connects mental health and entrepreneurship through a an artistic exchange.
