KA-153 / Dynamic Leaders: Resilient Minds
This project is a comprehensive training program designed to enhance the leadership, crisis management, and non-formal learning skills of youth workers. The project will be implemented in collaboration with three international partner organizations, aiming to strengthen the capacity of youth work.
Project Objectives:
Development of Leadership Skills: The project focuses on improving the leadership skills of youth workers. The training sessions aim to strengthen youth leaders' abilities in management, decision-making, and strategic planning.
Enhancement of Crisis Management Skills: It is crucial for youth workers to provide quick and effective solutions during crises. The project will offer specialized training in crisis management, thereby enhancing the performance of youth workers in such situations.
Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills: Emotional intelligence is key to leadership and effective communication with young people. The project will offer various training sessions to develop these skills, enabling youth workers to communicate more effectively with youth and their teams.
Non-Formal Learning Methods: Non-formal learning methods in youth work are important tools that support the social and personal development of young people. The project aims to teach how these methods can be used more effectively in youth work.
Strengthening International Collaborations: The project aims to bring youth work to a global perspective through collaboration with international partners. This will allow youth workers from different countries to share their experiences and methods.
Project Activities:
The project will offer various training modules designed according to the needs of the participating organizations. These modules include anger management, personal stress management, conflict resolution, leadership, and teamwork. The training will be supported by theoretical knowledge, practical applications, and workshops.
One of the most important elements of the project is the organization of an international training camp. This camp will provide an opportunity for youth workers to reinforce what they have learned and to get to know different cultural perspectives by working together.
Project Outcomes and Expected Impacts:
By the end of the project, significant progress is expected in the personal and professional development of youth workers. Additionally, the strengthening of international collaborations and the improvement of youth work quality through these collaborations are targeted. As a result of the training, participants will become more competent in skills such as leadership, crisis management, emotional intelligence, and communication, making them more effective in their work with young people.
In conclusion, this project focuses on developing the leadership and crisis management skills of youth workers, while also enhancing their use of non-formal learning methods and strengthening international collaborations. This will increase the quality and effectiveness of youth work at both local and international levels.
