Dual STEP:  Sport Towards an Educated Personality

We have planned a two years long strategic partnership that would also include learning activities of the young people, as well as developing and intellectual output which would be a mobile application for young people that would be a guide for acquiring entrepreneurial skills online by organising their business through the Internet. The idea of the project is to meet up, focus on reflection and exchanging good practice in how to manage the professional development of young athletes (and other young people) by adding international level to their future career and promoting good governance of their dual career in terms of combining their sports career with continuing the development of their personality, their business and leadership skills. On the other hand we would like to show young people who are not directly connected to sports and are at risk of social exclusion how active lifestyle and sports can help building new networks and developing new product ideas for their future.

As we would like to adapt the developed non-formal educational application also among young people from other fields (low-paid employed, unemployed young people, adolescents with low-basic skills, as well as socially excluded adolescents) we would like to cooperate in this strategic partnership with youth organisations from various fields, so we could have a wider field of app validation and spread the circle of the potential users.
