Drama as a tool for preventing and dealing with mobbing/bullying

The project is about drama techniques for dealing with mobbing and bullying.

We are preparing an Erasmus Youth KA153 training mobility project proposal (Mobility of Youth Workers) for May 2024. We are planning to have 7 partners (EU countries) in the project. The project will be for 7 days and we will invite 4 people from each partner organization for this training mobility.

The project will include several drama techniques which may help young people to identify, stand against and prevent mobbing & bullying at schools, workplaces, or friend environments. We have designed a weekly plan to introduce and implement drama techniques such as forum theatre, empathy building, role-playing, improvisation, gossip circle, etc. The participants will explore various techniques, and they will have the opportunity to exchange their experiences.

The possible participants may be youth workers, social workers, teachers, amateur actors/actresses, or young people interested in drama, etc. The participants do not need to be an expert in drama techniques. We are open to any young people interested in our project.

The participating organizations will be responsible for selecting participants and assisting them with their preparation. And at the end of the project, we will ask them to disseminate project results on their websites or through their social media accounts, etc.
