Dragon Dreaming methodology in non-formal education

This seminar is focused on DD methodology. Participants will learn about deep work with community, developing sustainable longlasting project.

From our experiences with education we see that one of the hardest tasks for trainers, lectors and teachers is raising of motivation, interest and engagement of participants. To reach the active participation in educational process as well as in civic life and public topics, it is important to create environment where personal ideas, abilities, competences and dreams are not only accepted, but meaningfully integrated and used for common benefit. This creates a sence of belonging to community and raise of personal motivation and interest. D.D. is inspired by living systems, teory of chaos, developmnet of organizations and knowledge and wisdom of aborigen spriritual traditions. D.D. is a game with new rules: together we develop and live win-win-win projecs. We include all the participants, their qualities and needs. We do our best to nameand meet the dragons (obstacles) on the road. Then we can realize even that, we haven ́t dream about. Together! Seminar is our common education project and will serve as a laboratory for development of teams andprojects. We project and realize common project, based on thoughts and needs of all participants. Content of course: Philosophical, theoretical and spiritual roots of the method, different styles of dreaminf cyrcles, creation of motivating goals and objectives, getting of feedback from the participants, analysis and solutions of blocks in projects, navigation of projects, solutions for crysis and loose of motivation. Out of these we will practise deep listening, charismatic communication and different tools for conflict solutions in D.D. projects.
