Young people with disabilities in Europe must have many more opportunities in education, work, participation in activities, networking with youth of Europe, social cohesion, improve quality of life. The program aims to transfer experience, knowledge, methodology, actions and best practices for complete social integration of young people with disabilities and creating many more opportunities. Youth exchange for the seminar in Thessaloniki for 8 days with 30 participants (youth workers, relevant to the topic) . Good practices, creative activities that will lead to the result of the inclusion and create opportunities, methods of non-formal learning and study of European multiculturalism in this area will be planned working methods to be implemented.
