Youth Exchanges

In the most general sense, mobbing is all kinds of unwanted behavior that an employee is exposed to. These behaviors can be expressed as attacks involving all kinds of hurtful, humiliating, ignorant, or annoying annoyances, insults, body language insults, humiliations and physical violence against the worker. Mobbing, which affects the working life of the employee and the whole institution in a negative way, which causes the decrease of productivity by exhibiting the behaviors of the employees, the rights and freedoms of the employees and their freedom, and the harming of the dignity and the dignity of the employees, leads to the deterioration of the physical, psychological and social health. suicide. Especially these situations have revealed that people should learn how to deal with mobbing. It also tells us that mobbing in business, social and family life must be prevented from causing bad consequences such as suicide.
Mobbing employees in the public and private sectors do not resign from the workplace, or even lead to suicide, psychological terrorism or all kinds of bullying behavior. It means to make a planned, systematic and conscious pressure directly or indirectly, and to disenfranchise the other side. Gender, age, education, hierarchy, etc., regardless of differences in all cultures and all business branches is a situation emerging.
It is important to know that every emotional attack can not be counted as mobbing to prevent misunderstandings about mobbing. These behaviors need to be repeated for at least 6 months and at least once a week in order to be able to identify the adverse behavior that is experienced as mobbing.
Mobbing is one of the most important problems of universal human rights. It is a situation where human rights are neglected and the psychological, physical and biological lives of the people are put into trouble as a result of the psychological oppression of the people. In addition, mobbing causes burnout syndrome, anxiety disorders, panic, depression and worst situations such as suicide. In addition, the decrease in productivity in business life, the deterioration of family structure in family life, social disorders such as communication disorders, panic and depression causes the new generation in these families to grow as distressed and problematic. We are thinking of helping to create quality work, family and social life by preventing these situations. Therefore, we aim to raise awareness about mobbing as young people and adults by focusing on what is mobbing first and drawing attention to what can be done to prevent mobbing and to create mobbing awareness.
The general purpose of the participants' age range of ages between 15 and 30 is to create an environment of universal quality by providing a breakdown of people in different structures. In addition, people between the ages of 15 and 20 have the potential to be a profession in the future, and in the 20-30 age group, because they are people who have professional occupations, they are in the process of mobbing, so people between 15-30 years old come to visit and share information and experience. It is also to encourage individuals in the age range of 20-30 years to choose mobbing narratives that they choose from a profession and to encourage people in the 15-20 age range to take precautions in their future work life by experiencing this information.
We will use what we do with the press and media organs to see what the mobbing is after the mobbing, how much damage it inflicts on the individuals, the psychological, biological, physical and economical damages being realized and the prevention of mobbing; to be aware of the importance of the subject by reaching people from all walks of life through the local people and project participants in the city where the project will take place and afterwards with different communication and social media tools to lead the way to a life where there are no problems resulting from mobbing in work, family and social life. , we aim to help them to have lives that are productive, happy, successful, and have no health problems that are the result of mobbing.
Participants will be taught what to do with mobbing to help them learn how to deal with mobbing in the event of exposure to mobbing and integrate them into social, business and family life. In addition, by asking their peers, families and social circles to share this information, participants will be able to reach many people in this issue and be aware of and be attracted by mobbing. In this way, it will be possible to create better quality work, family and social life and individuals who have knowledge about the subject.
