Context
The project idea starts from the success of a previous Erasmus K2 experience called Father and Son. The project involved the participation of about 100 Italian, Czech and Dutch students in entrepreneurship training seminars. The success is due to the fact that teachers were successful entrepreneurs. They were taught not abstract skills, but experience and learning models focusing on personal skills than on competencies.
Already from the first evaluations of the activity, we saw how the young participants wish to be able to put into practice the experiences and knowledge acquired.

Objectives
The main objectives to be undertaken are
• opening the educational activities of school to business and scientific environment,;
• experiencing a unique European methodology of cooperation among various actors;
• creating, within the schools, an environment able to encourage entrepreneurial ideas and behavior also through the training to the most important entrepreneurial qualities;
• promoting a greater and more qualified employability of young European students;
• enabling students to simulate the start up of their own business ideas and the realization of potential prototypes;
• giving teachers skills and accompanying capacity to start up;

Main activities
The main activities to be undertaken are:
• the formation of an expert group to assist the start up, in each participating institution. The group will be made of: nr. 3 schools teachers, nr. 2 representatives of the business world, nr. 1 of the research centers, nr. 1 of assistance centers to business start-up.
• the definition of a methodology for assistance to young students for creating, defining and formalizing of a business idea.
• the comparison of different methodologies among partners in order to identify a single method to be tested in each country.
• the testing of the methodology on 20 students of each country, for a period of at least 15 days. The trial will involves the achievement of tangible results: in the service sector, the realization of a business plan; in the production of goods, besides the plan, also the prototyping of a 3d printed product.
