Divieni Chi Sei Association is looking for partners for a training project for trainers

Association of social promotion Divieni Chi Sei, engaged in various activities to support the self-realization of people of all ages (children, adolescents, adults and over 60) is looking for partners for a project that it will present in response to the Erasmus + call, VET action.

The project intends to provide trainers and educators with strategic skills and analysis and interpretation skills of non-verbal, verbal and paraverbal communication in order to better manage the transmission of knowledge and skills to people of all cultures, ethnicities, creeds and religions.

We intend to work with partners in order to focus on a training course for trainers and educators who have the desire to make their didactic or educational intervention ever more inclusive, integrative, and effective.

We intend to build a path of analysis, evaluation, interpretation of the needs and feelings of the subject to whom we intend to transmit knowledge or competence. Furthermore, we also intend to include support tools, coaching and reformulation of concepts in an inclusive key.

We are looking for:
Organizations that deal with psychology, pedagogy, counseling, NLP, cultural intermediation, social inclusion, which intend to contribute to the definition of the training course with us.
