Psychodrama-based project to enhance sibling bonds and emotional resilience among youth in the digital age.
In today’s digital age, sibling relationships are increasingly shaped—and sometimes challenged—by online dynamics. Our project “DigitalSiblings+” aims to explore and strengthen emotional bonds between siblings among youth (aged 18–25), using creative and non-formal methods such as psychodrama, digital storytelling, and group workshops.
The project will include:
A transnational needs assessment on digital sibling dynamics
A series of psychodrama-based workshops in each partner country (6–8 sessions)
The co-creation of a “Digital Sibling Relationship Toolkit” as an open resource
Local youth engagement and dissemination events
An international final seminar for results sharing
Our goal is to foster emotional resilience, empathy, and social connectedness among youth by integrating therapeutic creative methods with digital literacy and peer communication skills.
We are currently looking for motivated and reliable partners—such as youth organizations, universities, or NGOs—who work with young people, focus on mental health, digital culture, emotional wellbeing, or creative group methodologies.
We plan to apply under Erasmus+ KA210-YOU Small Scale Partnerships in Youth for the September 2025 deadline, with a 24-month implementation period starting in March 2026.
We welcome co-design and are open to shaping the project together with selected partners.
