Digital Transformation with AI: Innovative Perspectives in Youth Work, KA153-YOU Mobility of Youth Workers

The project, aims to equip youth workers with the knowledge, tools, and skills to effectively integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their practices.

Through hands-on training, workshops, and collaborative sessions, participants will explore how AI can improve efficiency, foster innovation, and address challenges in youth work. The project also promotes a critical understanding of AI’s ethical implications, ensuring responsible and informed usage.

By connecting youth organizations across Europe, this initiative will foster knowledge exchange, co-create solutions tailored to diverse needs, and empower participants to lead digital transformation in their communities. The outcomes include an AI toolkit for youth workers, best practice guidelines, and a network for ongoing collaboration.

The activity will be located in Antalya, Turkey.
