Digital Nomads in Youth Work: Opportunity or Trend?

This project addresses the important question of whether and how digital nomads can play a meaningful role in enhancing youth work in your local organization.

The project is searching for synergy between youth work and the dynamic world of digital nomads. It aims to generate ideas where both entities thrive, contributing meaningfully to your local community.

The main result of the training is going to be understanding if digital nomads fit in your organization, if yes, how digital nomads can contribute to your local community, and strategy on how and where to approach them.

The main topics we will be discussing:
- Who are digital nomads and what are their needs?
- Synergies between digital nomads and youth work
- Positive effects of digital nomads for local communities.
- How to prepare your organization to attract and host them?

We wish to host:
- Youth workers from organizations interested in innovative approaches to youth work.
- Organizations interested in digital nomads.
- Anyone interested in attracting digital nomads to their local community.

We are only searching for 1 to 2 participants from one organization.
