In the modern world where technology and communication tools are developing rapidly, it is not possible to expect marketing principles and strategies to remain the same. In conditions where marketing needs new approaches, enterprises aim to reach their target audience and customers more easily by using the unlimited possibilities of technology.
With the power of the internet and the mobile revolution, the change in the understanding of commerce and marketing has given birth to digital marketing. Digital marketing channels include the internet, search engine, social media, mobile app and much more. Evaluating every area that can be accessed with an internet connection for advertising and sales strategies is digital marketing itself. Digital marketing is a set of strategies that work to reach more potential customers, a more accurate audience, faster and more effectively. Digital marketing can attract youngsters and allow them to offer innovative responses in entrepreneurship to economic, social and environmental issues.
The main goal of the project is to bring 36 young people together in order to increase their sense of digital marketing on the meaning of entrepreneurship and to make youngsters initiate in the digital market. Objectives of the project are as follows:
O1. Developing skills, knowledge and attitudes of 36 young people to use digital marketing as an effective tool in enterprises
O2. Improving their entrepreneurship knowledge first, then make them practice via digital simulations consisting of a marketing campaign
O3. Making them have a better understanding of their skills, future plans, and passions and follow them
O4. Increasing awareness of opportunities offered by Erasmus+ programmes, especially those that highlight employability and initiatives.
