Digital & Green Skills Transfer for Youth Empowerment. (DiGreen Mobility)

We are looking for 1 leading applicant NGO to apply for KA1 Youth Exchange.
Specific Objectives:
Increase digital literacy
Equip 40 young people with practical digital competencies (cloud collaboration, digital security basics, AI literacy) through workshops and hands-on sessions.

2. Develop sustainability-focused skills:
Enable participants to design a minimum of three micro-initiatives (e.g., waste-reduction plans, digital footprint audits, green behaviour campaigns) applying sustainable principles in practice.

3.Promote intercultural collaboration:
Organise six structured mixed-group activities that foster teamwork, cultural understanding, and joint problem-solving with a sustainability focus.

4. Increase youth engagement in green and digital transitions:
Achieve at least 70% participant commitment to continue involvement in local digital or environmental community actions after the mobility.

5.Foster inclusive participation, ensuring opportunities for youth from diverse socio-economic and geographic backgrounds.

Activities
• Interactive workshops on digital tools, digital wellbeing, and responsible online practices
• Sustainability labs focused on circular economy concepts, eco-behaviour, and low-impact digital habits
• Field visits and practical challenges related to environmental issues
• Group project development and presentations
• Daily reflection sessions and youth-led thematic discussions

Results
• A cohort of young people equipped with dual digital–sustainability skills
• Concrete youth-led sustainability micro-projects ready for local implementation
• Strengthened collaboration between partner organisations
• Increased youth confidence and readiness to engage in digital and green transitions
