DIGITAL GASTRONOMY EDUCATION

Digitalization and the adoption of new technologies have become common in most of the modern countries in the world with Covid-19. The common usage of technology has also affected the education system. However, the practical courses are challenging. Especially for the objective of the gastronomy department.

The aim of this project is to create a digital guide for universities in the EU to use in their education. This guide will consist of educational content and videos that will improve the knowledge and skills of academicians. Thanks to the guide that will be prepared, lecturers will know how to provide gastronomy education in distance education.

The coordinators of our project are centered in Italy. We need 5 different partners for this project. It is important that the partners are related to a university or institutions and organizations that provide gastronomy education.
