We are looking for long-term partners for our KA210-YOU project.
This project is a multi-faceted initiative that aims to improve the digital skills of young people and increase their employability. Our project has been developed in line with three main objectives:
1. Digital Skills Development: Our project aims to increase the digital skills of young people between the ages of 18-30. Digital skills help them to find better opportunities in business and society. Entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship skills of young people are also increased in this context.
2. Improving the Quality of Youth Work: The project aims to upgrade the digital skills of youth workers and encourage youth work to be more effective and innovative. This makes it possible to communicate more effectively with young people and provide better services.
3. Strengthening Youth Employability: Our project increases young people's employment opportunities and supports their career development. It helps them to be more successful in job applications and interviews.
Our project includes different types of activities such as customized training courses, online trainings and inter-stakeholder cooperation platforms based on the needs of focus groups and participating organizations. Moreover, the long-term goals of the project include establishing new collaborations at local and international level and enabling young people to contribute more to society.
This project aims to support young people to take an active role in solving social problems by developing their skills, improving the quality of youth work, strengthening their employability.
