Digital Fatigue and Youth Well-Being

We aim to tackle digital fatigue, raise awareness, and help youth build healthier digital habits through innovative non-formal learning

As the Erzincan Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, we carry out numerous activities to support the personal, social, and cultural development of young people. With the penetration of digital devices into every aspect of life, problems such as screen addiction, distraction, and mental burnout are visibly increasing among young people. This leads to young people becoming disconnected from social life and decreasing their productivity.

The main objective of our Erasmus+ KA153 project, developed in this context, is to make the issue of digital fatigue visible, raise awareness among young people, and contribute to the development of healthy digital habits. As part of the project, we are planning non-formal education-based workshops for young people, sharing experiences, and innovative learning methods. We also aim to create a collaborative solution network by sharing good practices with organizations from different countries.
