DIGITAL DETOX CAMP: Youth exchange focused on getting young people off screens, back into nature, and fighting addiction. Join the struggle!
PROJECT: Digital Detox Camp (ERASMUS+ K152-YOU)
Problem Statement:
The project addresses the widespread issue of screen dependency among young people, which negatively affects mental health, physical well-being, productivity, and social interaction. To better understand the scope of this problem within our target group, our team conducted a survey and collected quantitative data that demonstrates the urgency of intervention.
Proposed Solution:
The Digital Detox Camp aims to reduce technology dependence by reconnecting participants with nature and helping them develop healthier digital habits. Through structured training sessions, experiential learning, and intercultural activities, the project supports young people in improving their well-being, building resilience against digital addiction, and strengthening their social and cultural awareness.
