Dialoge in Motion explores somatic practices and non-violent communication in nature, fostering body awareness, empathy, and holistic growth.
Dialogue in Motion will bring together young people from different European countries to explore the intersection of contact improvisation dance, somatic practices, movement in connection with nature, personal growth, and non-violent communication. Through practical activities, experiential workshops, and reflection moments, participants will have the chance to develop body awareness, empathy, and communication skills.
Contact improvisation dance will be the central theme of the project, offering a safe space to experiment with free movement, interaction with others, and the exploration of the relationship between the body and the natural environment. At the same time, sessions on non-violent communication will provide concrete tools to improve mutual understanding, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
The activities will take place in a natural setting, inspiring a sense of connection with the environment and promoting sustainable practices. This approach will foster holistic personal growth, enhancing the emotional, physical, and relational skills of the participants.
