Development of Young People's Skills

This KA210 small-scale partnership aims to strengthen young people’s key competences and employability by developing both essential life skills and future-oriented capacities. The project focuses on improving digital skills, communication, teamwork, problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset through non-formal education, peer learning and practical workshops.

Special attention will be given to young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring inclusive participation and equal access to skill-building activities. Through international cooperation and exchange of good practices, the project will equip youth organisations with innovative tools and methods to better support young people’s personal development, resilience and active participation in society.
