Development of leadership skills using musical elements for students and teachers of economics

As part of the project that is developing cooperation partnership in the field of Vocational education and training Erasmus+ program - KA220 VET, deadline 22/03/2023, we are looking for 2 more institutions for Vocational education and training that will participate in the partner consortium.

Project goal: Development of leadership skills using musical elements for students and teachers of economics

The idea of the project is to focus on the creation of an online environment for developing leadership skills in students and teachers of economics using musical elements. Also, the project responds to the needs of students in economics for more innovative and attractive teaching content and more modern methods of learning and developing leadership skills. Teachers and professional staff will be provided training for teaching students in combined, digital and classroom teaching for the application of musical elements in the development of leadership skills as well as skills for recognizing the leader's instructions at the team level. In the same way, it will respond to the need for modernization of teaching in the economics profession and for interdisciplinary approaches to teaching units and topics in order to keep up with the achievements of the economics profession.

Note: we are looking for partners who can do the following:
- Participate in the creation of 2 curriculum modules + 2 interactive teaching materials for students + 2 chapters of the teacher's manual
- Carry out training of students or trainees from 14 to 19 (30 students in total) and training of teachers (3 teachers in total)
- We prefer partners who will apply for other projects where we can be their partner
