Development of Emotional Intelligence (DEI)

L'Associazione Network senza confini APS sta selezionando 6 studenti (dai 13 ai 17 anni di età) e 2 docenti accompagnatori - residenti in Italia - per la Learning, Teaching and Training Activity che si svolgerà a Chianciano Terme, in provincia di Siena, dal 22 al 27 marzo 2026.

This Learning, Teaching and Training Activity is part of the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH project Development of Emotional Intelligence (DEI), involving partner schools and organisations from Romania, Greece, Türkiye and Italy. The activity will take place in Chianciano Terme (Italy) and aims to strengthen emotional intelligence, inclusion, empathy and wellbeing in school communities through experiential and participatory learning approaches. It brings together students and teachers to explore how emotional awareness, cooperation and respect for diversity can support positive learning environments and social cohesion.

The programme includes interactive workshops, group activities, reflection sessions and nature-based learning experiences, encouraging active participation and peer learning. Participants will work in international groups to share practices, develop ideas and contribute to the project’s educational outputs.
The activity contributes to the broader objectives of the DEI project by supporting inclusive education, strengthening transversal competences and fostering collaboration among European schools. It also promotes intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding through direct exchange among participants from different countries.

Participation is linked to the project partnership, and the selection of participants is coordinated by the hosting organisation in line with Erasmus+ rules.
