Development of approaches for the abuse and violence which students with special needs come across

Our school which is a vocational one which witnesses this problem. According to the results of Disabled Research of Turkey, 12, 29% of total population is disabled. Almost 5% of this rate is mentally handicapped. Their most distinctive difference from others is that they cannot make progress as much as others do whereas their sexual development is almost same as the others. It is a common truth that people who do not have sexual knowledge are target of sexual abuse and these people need a special support in order to survive among the society. They even do not know when and where to perform sexually explicit behaviors and their feelings are ignored by the term disgrace which is not even known by themselves.
In our country, there are no solutions for this problem and full inclusion does not take part in any part of the curriculum or educational program. Full inclusion students complete their education with this problems in hand and try to start their work life with this handicap. (In Accordance with Labour Act number 4857, every workplace which employ at least 50 people has to employ 3%, public workplaces have to employ 4% disabled workers out of their total number of employees .)
Vocational schools’ teachers are not obliged to any in-service training, and so they will be able to compare European standards with their own skills to overcome this problem, and they will be able to make progress for themselves, also they will create a module for themselves to raise the quality for handicapped.
