Democratic Leadership & Inclusion

Seminar "Democratic leadership & Inclusion" - We will work on these topics by means of arts and by means of experimental pedagogy.

Doubtless democracy is the best form of government we know. Nevertheless, it is endangered by various social and political circumstances we have to face nowadays. This seminar makes you aware of it and tries to find out, how we are able to resist these attacks on democracy.
Inclusion is the recognition of the existing diversity within a society. Europe is hosting a broad variety of people with different backgrounds and habits. But Europe is still far away from inclusion. We will find out ways of how to implement inclusion in our daily life.
Democratic leadership is a form of dealing together: cooperation, sharing of knowledge, transparency, inclusion and the recognition of the real existing diversity and accepting inner borders are the cornerstones of this specific form of leadership. People, who experience democracy in daily life are more likely to take over responsibility for democracy.
We will work by means of arts and by means of experimental pedagogy. So we will enforce democratic means of cooperation instead of instructions from above.
