Defining Equality Besides Gender

Defining Equality Besides Gender is a Mobility Project for Youth Workers that will be realized in Barcelona from the 18th to the 27th of November 2014. Casa Eslava wants to take advantage of the International Day for the elimination of Violence Against Women (25 November) and set up a seminar to discuss and redefine equality gender issues that are presently generating job and social discriminations. As NGO we are interested in involving male perspective and contribution to this talk because we are aware that equality is a neutral concept and concerns humanity in general. We would be happy to find partners that due to a specific activity of their organisation or corporation are interested in bringing and share their vision on this topic; furthermore, we will be pleased to receive participants from partners that maybe are not involved in gender related activities but still endorse such type of seminars as informal training and preventive measures.
