CYC - Control Your Career - LOOKING URGENTLY FOR COORDINATOR (ONLY)

Control Your career will be a KA220-YOU project based on the building of an AI predictive model where many informations about future carreer options will be stored and will serve as a tool for youngsters in transition from uni to work, to orient themselves into the work labour and discover more about their potential career options based on their personal attitude and their accademic background. Furthermore, through the project we will organise local seminars providing the target group with guidelines on emerging job sectors, brand new carreers and last updates about the direction of the private sector.

General objective:
- To improve the professional awareness of young people who are in the phase of transition from teenagehood to adulthood

Specific Objectives:
- To help youth develop a better understanding of their interests, strengths, values, and aspirations through self-assessment tools and activities.

- To assist youth in exploring a wide range of career options, including traditional, non-traditional, and emerging fields, to broaden their horizons.

- To guide youth in setting achievable short-term and long-term career goals based on their interests, skills, and the current job market.
