Culture In Sight: Young Inclusive Guides & Digital Storytellers
Project Overview:

"Culture In Sight" is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange (KA152-YOU) project under active preparation by the Italian Social Promotion Association Vivi a Colori da 0 a 100 APS. We are seeking an experienced host NGO located in a major European cultural/historic city (e.g., Paris, Madrid, Vienna, Prague, Athens, Berlin) to co-design and host a 9-day mobility (7 activity days + 2 travel days).

Total Estimated Budget: €48,498 (100% EU co-funded, including Travel, Organisational Support, Advance Planning Visit, and 100% Real-Cost Inclusion Support).

Core Objectives & Methodology:
The project uses non-formal learning, creative arts, and digital tools to foster social inclusion, self-efficacy, and active citizenship among vulnerable youth:

Upcycling & Visual Arts: Participants create tactile, simplified maps and visual displays using recycled materials to enhance museum/site accessibility.

Inclusive Youth Guides ("Ciceroni Inclusivi"): On-site practical workshops where participants step into the role of cultural guides, presenting historic sites to micro-groups to overcome social anxiety.

Podcasting & Digital Storytelling: Production of short audio guides, podcasts, and social media videos (Reels/TikTok) using visual schemes to support public speaking.

Soundscape & Informal Language: Sound design and casual English communication integrated into everyday activities.

Participant Profile (26 Total):
18 Young Participants (Ages 15–25): Including youth with disabilities (Italian Law 104/92), Special Educational Needs (SEN/BES), Specific Learning Differences (SpLD/DSA like dyslexia and ADHD), and social anxiety/school phobia.

6 Multidisciplinary Staff: Licensed psychologists, SEN tutors, and creative facilitators providing up to 1:1 or 1:2 tailored support.

2 University Interns: Students in Psychology and Educational Sciences assisting group dynamics.
