In order to break the prejudice of the young generation towards Turkish culinary culture, the appeal of the names of the dishes to the younger generation and the harmony of the name and image of the dishes will contribute to this problem and produce a solution. It is planned to reach its goals effectively with the meetings, events and business divisions to be held throughout the project. The aim will be approached by promoting the culinary culture of our country more effectively around the world and by ensuring cultural interaction in the international arena. Participants will get to know Turkish culinary culture and at the same time, they will get to know their own country's culinary cultures through the activities.
