We are excited to introduce GLOBITE: Cultural Cooking, Powered by Innovation, an Erasmus+ KA210-YOU project designed to empower young people through digital skills, sustainability, and intercultural exchange.
Project Overview
GLOBITE combines technology, food culture, and sustainability to create an engaging learning experience for youth (16-30). The project will integrate AI-powered recipe tools, AR/VR culinary classes, and interactive workshops to teach young people about global cuisines, sustainable food practices, and digital literacy.
What We Aim to Achieve
- Enhance digital skills through hands-on experience with AI and AR/VR tools.
- Foster intercultural dialogue by connecting youth through food and cultural storytelling.
- Promote sustainability by encouraging eco-friendly cooking practices and food waste reduction.
- Empower youth with employable skills in the fields of digital innovation, gastronomy, and sustainability.

We seek youth organizations, culinary schools, sustainability NGOs, digital mentors, and educational institutions who are passionate about:
