Cross-Border Youth Worker Exchange

This expert exchange project aims to support the professional development of youth workers, provide insight into youth work practices in different countries, and offer intercultural experiences. Participants will have the opportunity to observe best practices in an international context, adapt innovative methods to their own work, and enhance their professional skills in the youth sector. The project also encourages participants to explore different cultures and strengthen international cooperation, ultimately improving the quality and impact of youth work.
