Critical Thinking & Media literacy of Youth in Online Political Engagement

We are looking for Youth organisations dedicated to civic and political engagement of young people

The project will be submitted during the October Call of Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships in Youth sector.

Main project objectives:
- Enhance media literacy among young people by developing their ability to critically analyze political content, recognize bias, and understand how information is created and shared across digital and social media platforms.

- Strengthen critical thinking and resilience to disinformation by equipping participants with tools to evaluate political messages, identify manipulation techniques, recognize fake news, and apply fact-checking methods, especially during election periods.

- Promote active civic engagement and informed decision-making by educating youth about electoral processes, political campaigns, and voting, while supporting them in developing personal strategies to identify political parties and candidates that align with their values, priorities, and beliefs.

Partners' profile we are looking for is Youth organisations with strong national relations with young people and Youth workers. Previous experience in national or European initiatives dedicated to civic engagement and media literacy is considered as an advantage.
