Creativity TC

CREATIVITY TC is a project that aims at strenthening the competences of the representatives of participants in the field of creative thinking, creative problem solving, dealing with barriers in creativity and managing of innovation in an organisation. The project is designed in a way that is is beneficial for both – direct participants and the organisations that they represent. The training course is based on non-formal education methods, learning by experience and outdoor training methods. The project is also based on active participation of the people taking part in it. The processes planned for the training are to teach, train and practice methods of creative thinking, dealing with barriers and designing creative processes in organisation in active, challenging and interesting way. The concept of ’learning to learn’ will also be an important part of the training. The participants will be introduced to the idea, they will also be provided with the tools and support in their learning processes. It is important for us that our participant get the maximum from the training and that they can convey the knowledge in their organisations and local environment thus raising the quality level of youh work and the quality of their projects.
