An innovative Youth 153 project empowering youth workers working with young people at risk of addiction through nature-based rhythm and digital art methods.
This project aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers working with young people at risk of addiction by introducing innovative and non-formal learning methods. Through nature-based rhythm therapy, eco-friendly creative practices, and Procreate-based digital art therapy, the project supports the psychosocial well-being, emotional regulation, and self-expression of young people.
The project focuses on equipping youth workers with practical tools to act as mentors and positive role models, helping young people develop healthier coping mechanisms, resilience, and social skills. By combining nature, creativity, sustainability, and digital expression, the project offers an inclusive and holistic approach to youth work. Implemented under Youth 153, the project contributes to prevention, rehabilitation, and social inclusion in the field of addiction.
