Creating Strong Partnerships for Inclusive Youth Work (KA153-YOU)

We, the AufBauWerk, are a non-governmental organization (NGO) that supports and accompanies young people with disabilities or special educational needs on their pathway into the world of work.

We are currently planning an Erasmus+ Study Visit (KA153-YOU) and intend to send a small group of our staff members to a european city. During this visit, we would like to exchange experiences with organizations working in similar fields, gain insights into the local NGO landscape, and establish sustainable partnerships and professional networks.

The planned duration of the visit is approximately one week, during which we aim to visit different organizations, exchange best practices, and explore opportunities for future cooperation.
