CORE- Creativity Of Root Elements in non formal education

ACTUALITY
Nowaday’s main problem is overload of information we have to face everyday in any sphere of life. Everyone receives so much information and people have to learn how to manage this information, how to identify what is really needed for them and what is a result of impression of society. Time is very expensive and to achieve better results in shorter term, individuals are more interested in self development. But there are so many offers and we also receive overload of information. We run from one training to another and have short-time impact of knowledges and self-growth, because we dont’t know what is the core of ourselves, we are lost.

GOAL
Based on the actuality and studies, the main goal is to create methodology, practical methods and instruments how to achieve long-term results in any learning process or any activity based on science of human personality and inner nature, core of ourselves.

AUDIENCE
The audience is trainers in non formal education in any country in any sphere. Based on the goal it is important to reach as many individuals as possible (3-4 persons from each country).

PROGRAM
The program is based on 7 whales- Basics, Emotions, Love, Identity, Expression, Vision and Environment. This training course will be an example, challenge and trial for trainers to uderstand what is the main core we have to take in to consideration to prepare any learning process for long- term results and with deep dignity for individuals and for ourselves.

RESULT
The first result of this program - To assist and support the long-term outcomes of non-formal education settings and self-knowledge processes. The second is to create a web-site to collect all the results of partner’s country for sharing, improving and supplementing the methodology and experience. The third - to create another projects, based on this experience, to continue cooperation with partners.
