COP4Youth Workers (COP4YW) | KA153 Partner Search – Climate Policy & Youth Participation

**COP4Youth Workers (COP4YW)** is an Erasmus+ KA153-YOU – Mobility of Youth Workers project coordinated by the **Eurasia Youth Climate Association (Türkiye)**.

The project aims to strengthen youth workers’ understanding of **COP processes, global climate governance and meaningful youth participation**, while helping them transform complex climate-policy topics into practical non-formal learning methods that can be used directly with young people.

COP4YW is built around the learning pathway:

**Climate Awareness → Climate Policy Literacy → Non-Formal Learning → Youth Participation → Local Action**

The Professional Development Activity is planned to take place in **Ankara, Türkiye, in October 2027**, with **5 activity days + 2 travel days**.

Main topics will include:

* UNFCCC and COP processes
* Paris Agreement and NDCs
* Mitigation and adaptation
* Climate finance
* Loss and Damage
* Just Transition
* Youth participation in climate decision-making
* Local, national and international climate governance

The programme will use participatory non-formal learning methods including **Mini-COP Simulation, Climate Policy Mapping, Climate Advocacy Lab, Youth Climate Assembly, Stakeholder Mapping, role play, peer learning and policy dialogue**.

Each partner organisation will participate with **7 active youth workers**.
