We are searching for partners to cooperate in the framework of the Erasmus+ KA220-HED - It's on Excellence in Learning and Innovative Stimulating Teaching (e-LIST). Deadline for this call: 31/07/2023

I am the project coordinator of the institution. We have run some Erasmus+ projects for undergraduate degree students in the southern part of Turkey. I am also an academic staff of the institution. I have a Ph.D. degree in formal education and teacher training. We handle international and national projects about inclusive education, sustainable development awareness on the green, shared values, civic engagement, and participation, promoting inter-connected higher education systems, stimulating innovative learning and teaching practices, etc.

My institution is -in essence- faculty of education that trains teachers’ candidates in branches of guidance and psychological counseling, social sciences, language and literature, science, art, and physical education, and maths teaching, special need education. Also, we, on life-long learning perspectives, provide pedagogy education for in-service educators. Also, our education management and supervision department provides on-demand lectures on school development and governance.

Aim and scope:
Actually, We have a project idea about teacher training for teacher candidates. It will be just about developing teacher candidates' pedagogic, intellectual, and social capacities and capabilities. As an EU candidate country, we aim to enhance and broaden teacher's horizons regarding experience in cultural, social, and academic interventions. Maintaining the secure structure and trusting relationships that teachers work hard to nurture requires the dedication of adequate, quality substitutes. A team of substitute teachers dedicated to district goals can support these relationally-based learning strategies that impact student success in the classroom.
An effective teacher applies the most innovative and creative teaching methods to teach academic concepts and meet students' individual needs. Through our project scheme, we will all have our preferred teaching methodology. However, it is crucial to explore evidence-informed pedagogical theories that have the potential to expand our repertoire in the classroom and at school. So moving from class to society will enhance the likelihood of positive peer social interaction among students and teachers at regional, national, and international levels. This refers to creating a sustainable social network that will give students and organized groups of citizens the same opportunity to participate in the democratic process.
