COOL PLAY! fostering interculturality by playing

“COOL PLAY, fostering interculturality by playing”
promotes the creation of a network of associations that work in the field of intercultural education, through the exchange of tools, good practices and the carrying out of joint actions based on the use of games as a methodology.

The associations that meet at this seminar share challenges and needs and are active in the use of innovative tools in relation to the promotion and valorization of diversity since they belong to heterogeneous societies, territories where people of various origins and cultures live together.

The participants are youth workers with experience in the implementation of games as a method of non-formal education with a special focus on intercultural education and they want to share this knowledge with the rest of the participants. Educators, integrators, mediators, and other profiles involved in socio-educational projects will be the most present profiles.

The needs that the organizations involved in the project share are:
Need to identify partners that work in the same thematic line
Expand knowledge, tools and methodologies on interculturality
Need to disseminate own tools created and feedback from their peers

Promote the exchange of good practices in the field of intercultural education using the game as a tool
Promote the creation of innovative tools for youth work
Share realities, needs and perspectives related to intercultural education
Exchange games and tools, materials, publications, videos, songs and other intellectual products and dissemination tools developed by partners.
