Cook&Connect

Cook&Connect – Taste, Create, Act! is an international Youth Exchange project aimed at young people aged 15–18. The project brings together youth from different European countries to explore cultural diversity, healthy lifestyles and sustainability through cooking and creative teamwork.

Participants will work in international groups, share traditional dishes from their countries, take part in healthy and eco-friendly cooking challenges, and develop simple ideas for eco-culinary initiatives. Through non-formal education methods, hands-on workshops and intercultural cooperation, young people will strengthen their social, intercultural and entrepreneurial skills.

The project promotes healthy eating, environmental responsibility and active youth participation, while fostering European values such as cooperation, inclusion and mutual understanding. Cook&Connect is not only about food – it is about learning by doing, building connections and empowering young people to take action in their local communities.
