Connecting for giving international learning opportunities for disabled young people

Aim of the project: To increase the opportunities of intercultural learning experiences for youngsters with disabilities by creating partnership among organizations working with young disabled persons and by developing the competences of non-formal education and mobility project designing under the youth sector of the ERASMUS+ program

Objectives:
- To create a network of organizations and professionals working with disable youngsters in different countries
- To develop competences of persons working with young disable on the program ERASMUS+, on intercultural learning and elaboration of European youth projects
- To give space for sharing, exchange of experience of positive practices of intercultural and non formal education for young disable persons
- To give a space and inputs for initiation of new project ideas under the program Erasmus+ creating European mobility opportunities for young disabled persons.

Activities of the project:
1. Preparation phase
In this phase all partner organizations will:
- finalize the foreseen program in details,
- will prepare the home tasks (presentations of organization, practices and eventual project ideas),
- organize the travels and other logistic arrangements.

2. Contact making seminar – This will be the main, central event of the projects. 3-4 day seminar (to finalize the program in collaboration with partners) hosted in Italy, region of Veneto.
3. Follow-up phase- After the seminar event, all partners will have to produce an article or other descriptive material, by which to disseminate the seminar results to wider public, to its local and national networks and other target groups.
New-born projects and partnerships will receive a support from the seminar trainers till the presentation of the project to the co-respective National Agency.
