Connecting Bodies for Social Change

Our project explores somatic practices and non-violent communication in nature, fostering body awareness, empathy, and holistic growth.

It will bring together young people from different European countries to explore the intersection of contact improvisation, dance, somatic practices, movement in connection with nature, personal growth, and non-violent communication. Through practical activities, experiential workshops, and reflection moments, participants will have the chance to develop body awareness, empathy, and communication skills. Sessions on non-violent communication will provide concrete tools to improve mutual understanding, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

The activities will take place in a natural setting, inspiring a sense of connection with the environment and promoting sustainable practices and life stile. This approach will foster holistic personal growth, enhancing the emotional, physical, and relational skills of the participants.
