Target group/partner: 6 Young People (16-19 years old) and 1 group leader (+22)

Objectives:
• To develop young people’s entrepreneurial mindset by guiding them through the process of creating simple social enterprise concepts that address real community challenges and labour market inclusion.
• To strengthen participants’ soft skills—such as communication, teamwork, creativity, leadership, and problem-solving—through interactive non-formal activities relevant to the current labour market.
• To promote equal access to the labour market by raising awareness of inclusion barriers and building confidence and readiness for active participation in the European labour force.
Specific requirements for the Partner organizations:
- is active on the local level;
- has capacity to involve volunteers of the organization, young people from local community with whom they are developing regular activities;
- involve 1 group leader from the organization in YE (Youth Exchange);
- assure that all participants travel together with the group leader;
- carry out preparation activities of the sending group prior to the mobility;
