Competent Youth of the Future

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges Programme, supported by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Turkish National Agency, and implemented by
Sorgun Youth Association (SORGED), our project numbered “2025-1-TR01-KA151-
YOU-000299331” titled “Competent Youth of the Future” will be carried out
between 11–18 February 2026
The aim of the project is to increase young people’s awareness of 21st-century skills
and to support the development of these skills in line with the European Union’s Union
of Skills approach. Within the project, through non-formal learning and experiential
education methods, it is aimed to strengthen young people’s critical thinking,
communication, cooperation, creativity, digital literacy, resilience, and leadership
skills. These competences are intended to be effectively transferred to young
people’s educational paths, employment opportunities, and daily lives. At the same
time, the project aims to promote inclusiveness through equal participation of young
