It is intended to fundamentally execute the following three activities:
• Determination of what personal and social skills are recommended to develop when intervening and accompanying people in active job search in the active job search process.
• Compilation of methodologies, dynamics, activities and practical tools to deal with the subject of personal and social skills considered a priority and clearly defined, when intervening and accompanying people actively seeking employment.
• Present, share and disseminate the final results of the project "Personal and social skills for employment", made up of the consensus of the collection of personal and social skills considered a priority and clearly defined, when intervening and accompanying people in search employment active.
