Competence Development of Youth Workers on Quality in Learning Mobility

Handbook on Quality in Learning Mobility and Q! App are two tools of the Youth partnership for a quality framework for learning mobility activities. In line with this, in 2019 June, Salto and Youthpartnership organized a seminar in Budapest to introduce the tools. Participants who are intended to a seminar titled as "Quality Ambassador". Their aim is to disseminate and promote quality tools in the youth field. With this regard, we are pleased to make a partnership with the organization that is interested in quality assurance as the quality ambassadors.
The project aims to increase the understanding of youth workers the "quality" term in the learning mobility activities and adapt the quality tools into their institutional works by a %100 success ratio. The main impact of the project will be on youth worker's professional development. By adapting the tools into their professional works, youth workers will be able to assure and evaluate the quality of the learning mobility activities which will be organized or participated in by their institution.

7 Day project will take place in Turkey, Ankara. The target group is youth workers, youth leaders, and youth organizations that are active in the field of youth.
