Community solutions for integration of young people with CES

1. Mapping the offer of the leisure community of young people with SEN
2. Analyzing the offer and creation of a guide with recommendations regarding the adapting of social activities for SEN participants
3. TC for 30 youth workers for understanding the way of adapting the youth activities
4. Dissemination event
During the project will be organized 2 meetings - in the beginning and ending of the project

So, we are searching for partners with experience in inclusion of young people with special education needs.
